Tiffany Square Rehabilitation & Care Center is seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who takes pride in keeping facilities safe, operational, and welcoming for our residents, staff, and visitors. What You'll Do

As our Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee the daily operations of the maintenance department while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and well-functioning environment throughout the facility. You'll coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, equipment upkeep, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related work experience in a skilled trade, facilities maintenance, or physical plant operations
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing building systems and equipment
• Supervisory or management experience preferred
• Knowledge of safety practices, maintenance tools, equipment, and supplies
• Commitment to providing a safe and comfortable environment for our residents
